Ryan Larkin and Henry Hamilton proudly present:
House On Fire Theatre
House On Fire Theatre was built on the foundation of friendship and art (or FART, as we say). We strive to create space and opportunities that enable us to build long-lasting friendships and produce meaningful, and thought-provoking art.
What our previous collaborators say
"I had the pleasure of acting in House On Fire’s debut piece, Never Swim Alone, and I can honestly say it was one of the highlights of my time in Kingston. Such a warm and inclusive company, so much fun working with the team, 10/10 would act for them with no pay again and I’m not kidding. "

Your Questions, Answered
Why is this company called House on Fire Theatre?
As we tried to figure out what to call this project, we also grappled with what we stood for. We distilled it down to saving and giving a platform to art. When your house is on fire what do you save? You save the art, the memories the things that may not have actual monetary value, but do hold deep emotional value. It is from this bleak outlook that we build this company, full of hope and love for the arts and for each other…Platonically
Where are you located?
Both Henry and Ryan hail from Toronto and spend their summers creating theatre there. From September to May however, they take their talents to Kingston Ontario where they put on shows with some of Canada’s finest young theatre makers.
